SWISH ACADEMY HEAD COACH

Come help us craft the next generation of basketball players. We want high-character men and women who are dedicated to helping young men and women find their own individual greatness through basketball.

Our method is simple, we help young people learn to:

  • Trust and believe in their ability to make decisions for themselves

  • Take calculated risks in their pursuit of personal growth and recover quickly when they fail

  • Invest in others through open communication and collaboration


Swish Coaching Qualities:
 

  • Playing experience (Minimum High School Varsity, Preferably College)

  • Experience working with young people (Camps, Youth Leagues, High School, etc)

  • Basketball proficient (Ball Handling, Passing, Offensive & Defensive Concepts)

  • Coachable (Open-minded, willingness to try new things, adopt new ideas)

  • Desire to mentor and lead (Must be passionate about helping others reach their full potential)

  • Great communication skills (Open communicator, active listener)


Compensation & Team Gear:

  • $20 per hour

  • $20 per game (tournaments)

  • Practice t-shirts

  • Game Polo

  • Team Sweatshirt

  • Team Backpack

SWISH ACADEMY COACH (INTERN/VOLUNTEER)

Utilize your passion for basketball and come learn from our experienced coaches how to become a top-notch coach, mentor and leader. Whether you are currently playing at the high school or college level, we are looking for the next class of great young adults to help us craft the next generation of basketball players. Just like our Head Coaches, we want high-character men and women who are dedicated to helping young men and women find their own individual greatness through basketball.

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN/VOLUNTEER

Are you passionate about social media, basketball and kids? Do you like to work on new and exciting projects? Are you entrepreneurial and looking to learn for Internet industry veterans on how to grow an audience, drive user acquisition and convert visitors into active participants? If so, come join our Swish Digital Team to leverage your passion for all-things-social with our rapidly growing Swish basketball community.
